**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time, junior-level role requires a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience. The Account Executive will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, account reconciliation, and ensuring accurate processing of invoices and sales entries. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong account management skills.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience with tax preparation and filings. (include GST & TDS)
- Familiarity with auditing procedures and internal controls.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting.
- Understanding of payroll systems and procedures.
- **Two vehicles & a licence mandatory.**

**Desired Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Telly Prime).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced level is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update financial records for all transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts regularly.
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve any issues with financial records.
- Ensure all reconciliations are completed in a timely manner..
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, bills, and payments.
- Follow up on overdue payments and assist with collections as needed.
- Assist in preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
- Assist with the preparation of tax filings, including sales tax, income tax, and payroll tax.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and financial data.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial data.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement in financial operations.
- Process employee payroll in compliance with company policies and local tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely submission of tax filings related to payroll.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision making.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze financial trends and recommend cost-saving or revenue generating strategies.
- Ensure that all accounting practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations and laws.
- Maintain records of financial transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
