
Field Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:
A Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and maintaining client relationships through direct, face-to-face engagement. This role involves working outside the office, meeting potential and existing customers, conducting product demonstrations, closing sales, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Executive will represent the company’s brand and services, while also working closely with other sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**:
○ Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
○ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals with both new and existing clients.
○ Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and provide detailed information on the company’s products/services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
○ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
○ Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
○ Provide ongoing support, follow-up, and ensure customer retention.
**Market Research**:
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for potential expansion.
- Provide feedback from customers and the market to help shape sales strategies.
**Reporting & Administration**:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Track and update sales progress and communicate any challenges or opportunities with management.
**Product Knowledge & Training**:
- Stay informed about product/service developments, promotions, and company policies.
- Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer requirements and suggestions for improvement.
- Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with sales techniques.
**Networking & Brand Representation**:
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Engage in cold calling and door-to-door sales to increase brand visibility in the local market.
- **Collaboration**:
○ Work closely with the internal sales team, marketing department, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
○ Collaborate with other sales executives in team meetings to share best practices and discuss strategies.
