**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Identify and engage potential sponsors, including corporations, foundations, Local businesses aligning their goals with UptoSkills' mission and objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring regular communication and providing updates on the impact of their contributions.
Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations, highlighting the benefits and opportunities associated with supporting UptoSkills' initiatives.
Track and report on sponsorship revenue and effectiveness, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sponsorship and fundraising, adapting strategies as needed.

**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in sponsorship management, fundraising, or business development.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with sponsors.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of the social impact sector and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of students.

**Experience**:3-8 years (Preferred only in the similar domain)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
