**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Jewelry

**Location**: Jayanagar 4th Block
**Salary**: 20-40K per month

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that suit their style and requirements.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and explain jewelry details such as materials, designs, and certifications.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain the brand’s reputation.
- Handle billing, exchanges, and other sales-related processes efficiently.
- Maintain showroom displays and stock presentation to ensure an attractive shopping environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience (jewelry/retail luxury sales preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Customer-oriented approach with a flair for relationship management.
- Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak festive/holiday seasons.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
