Coo Risk and Controls Innovation Associate

Excited to grow your career?_ The Risk and control Innovation function works with various stakeholders of COO Risk and controls members to simplify processes around operational controls, controls testing through business analysis, data analytics and controls process automation. **Responsibilities**: - Analyze Business process flows through process mapping and identifying innovative opportunities for business simplification - Extract actionable insights based on advanced analysis of user behavior and activity - Take a data-driven approach to enhancing data quality of inputs, processes, and results - Provide updates via reports and dashboards to senior leadership on key insights, findings, and actionable items - Understand regulatory implications and develop mitigation / opportunity strategies - Stay abreast of latest technological developments and, where and when feasible, incorporate into Innovation's offerings - Ensure robust quality control in the analytical processes - Ensure strong documentation protocols, including requirements, process flows, approvals, and signoffs - Cross functional leadership (communication and influencing) to drive towards common goal Qualifications: - 2+ years of relevant experience - Hands on experience with chat bots, AI, ML, NLP, NLU, and related domains - Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills - Excellent analytical, technical and/or statistical skills with proven ability to translate large volumes of data - An influencer who communicates clearly and frequently to both technical analysts and non-technical business leaders - Ability to construct and tell a story based on data insights - Intellectually curious, consistently seeking and developing new opportunities - Experience in auditing and audit lifecycle a plus - Experience working in a global, multicultural, and diverse environment **Education**: - Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
