Job Description
- As an AI Operator specialising in têxtile design, you will be

responsible for utilising artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to

generate innovative and captivating designs for têxtiles. Your role will

involve understanding client requirements, market trends, and design

preferences to create visually appealing patterns, prints, and textures.

Key Responsibilities
- AI Utilisation: Harness AI algorithms and tools to generate

diverse têxtile designs, including patterns, motifs, and color

schemes.
- Data Analysis: Analyse data sets related to consumer

preferences, fashion trends, and market demands to inform the

design process and ensure relevance and marketability of

generated designs.
- Customisation: Collaborate with clients to understand their

specific design needs and preferences, and tailor AI-generated

designs accordingly to meet their requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on

generated designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and aesthetic

appeal, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on advancements in AI

technology, particularly in the field of design and têxtiles, and

incorporate new techniques and methodologies into the design

process to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams,

including designers, engineers, and marketing professionals, to

integrate AI-generated designs seamlessly into product

development and marketing strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of design

processes, algorithms used, and outcomes to facilitate

knowledge sharing and future improvements.

Qualifications
- ◦ Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Computer

Science, or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing

proficiency in têxtile design concepts and AI-generated designs is

essential.

◦ Proven experience in developing and customising AI algorithms

for creative purposes, with a focus on têxtile design. This includes

expertise in modifying existing algorithms to generate desired

patterns, textures, and color schemes.

◦ Deep understanding of design principles, color theory, and têxtile

manufacturing techniques, coupled with the ability to translate

these concepts into algorithmic parameters for AI-driven design

generation.

◦ Hands-on experience with CAD software, digital design tools, and

têxtile simulation software to visualise and refine AI-generated

designs.

◦ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends,

and client preferences to inform algorithm customisation and

design iterations.

◦ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability

to effectively communicate design concepts, collaborate with

cross-functional teams, and adapt algorithms based on client

feedback.

◦ Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for

pushing the boundaries of traditional design through AI-driven

approaches.

◦ Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on advancements in

AI technology, design trends, and têxtile industry developments to

enhance algorithmic capabilities and design outcomes.

Location - Punjabi Bagh New Delhi, Boisar Mumbai, Vesu Surat

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
