**Responsibilities**:

- Draft and negotiate terms and conditions for order forms, professional service agreements, master services agreements, statements of work and non-disclosure agreements for IDG’s products and/or services according to internal guidelines.
- Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.
- Develop and effectively articulate creative solutions and draft appropriate alternative terms, working closely with attorneys within the Legal team, as appropriate.
- Obtain approval for non-standard terms in accordance with internal policies;
- Educate internal teams to promote conformity and consistency in contract terms and legal obligations.
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of digital CLM and other related systems
- Partner with other internal teams to drive process and operational improvements and ensure extraordinary customer experience.

Qualifications:

- University level degree or equivalent, with 4-6 years’ experience negotiating legal terms & conditions with directly customers or vendors. Training or education in law, paralegal skills, negotiation, or legal writing, including IAACM or similar certification, desirable.
- Comfortable working as part of a cross functional team
- Exemplify a strong attention to detail
- Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
- Experience working with commercial contract management and a good level of understanding of contract and commercial law.
- Must be adept in use of CLM tools and MS Office - particularly advanced skills in Excel, Power Point, SharePoint. Experience with Ironclad preferred.
