**Responsibilities**:
- **Invoice Raising**:
- Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure invoices are raised in accordance with company policies and client agreements.
- **Client Interaction and Follow-Up**:
- Communicate with clients regarding invoice clarifications and payment status.
- Follow up with clients to expedite payment clearance.
- **Excel Proficiency**:
- Utilize Excel proficiently for maintaining accounting data.
- **Report Generation**:
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing bills, invoices, and other financial data.
- Assist in the creation of financial statements and reports as needed.
- **Assistance in Accounting Tasks**:
- Aid the accountant in various accounting tasks such as reconciliations and financial filings.
- Support in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in an accounting or finance-related role.
- Proficiency in Excel with a strong understanding of accounting formulas and functions.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and follow-up.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with accounting software (preferred but not required).
- Availability to work part-time hours as agreed upon.
**Additional Information**:
- Location: Hybrid/ Remote
- Hours: Part-time for Minimum 5 hours on a daily basis.

- Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
