**Key Roles & Responsibilities Nursing Care**
- Deliver comprehensive patient care, adhering to protocols and safety measures.
- Perform nursing assessments and document findings.
- Formulate and implement nursing care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Ensure proper administration of medication and monitor patient responses.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.

**Professional Standards**
- Maintain professional grooming, communication, and decorum.
- Follow hospital policies and safety guidelines, including infection control.
- Participate in training and competency assessments (e.g., BLS, ACLS, NABH standards).

**Teamwork & Communication**
- Report incidents, unusual occurrences, or emergencies promptly.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

**Specialized Skills (if applicable)**
- Handle chemotherapy drugs, operate biomedical equipment, and manage emergency situations.
- Provide palliative and psychosocial care for critical patients.

**Inventory & Infection Control**
- Maintain emergency trays, medical supplies, and equipment.
- Follow proper infection control protocols and bio-waste segregation practices.

**Work Conditions**
- Work in hospital wards and sensitive units (e.g., AMC, ICCU).
- Adapt to long working hours with frequent interruptions and multitasking.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in clinical procedures and use of biomedical equipment.
