- **Customer Record Management**:Maintaining and updating customer records in CRM systems.
- **Lead Tracking**:Keeping track of leads, following up on unresponsive prospects, and closing deals where possible.
- **Relationship Building**:Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, developers, and the sales team.
- **Customer Service**:Handling incoming calls, resolving queries, and providing support to clients.
- **Sales Promotion**:Promoting real estate services and current property listings to potential clients.
- **Data Entry**:Entering and updating customer information in the CRM system.

Skills Required:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong listening and persuasive abilities.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- **CRM Knowledge**: Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to close sales deals and meet sales targets.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling or a similar role is a plus.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English and possibly other relevant languages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
