**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone and provide detailed information about our services.
- Schedule appointments while managing and updating customer records.
- Assist in outbound marketing campaigns and follow up on leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support team members with ongoing projects.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in managing CRM software.
- High school diploma; further education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a telecalling role is advantageous but not required as training will be provided.
