**Role Description**

This is a **PAID**internship role for a Social Media Intern (Independent Music) at MARS Event & Artist Management. The intern will be responsible for social media management, content creation, and communication tasks.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility for remote work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Post videos and event highlights, tagging artists and relevant partners.
- Monitor comments, respond to inquiries, and maintain an active online presence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies.
- Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages to foster a sense of community.
- Build partnerships with local and international Pop culture communities and artists to amplify reach.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to improve engagement and audience growth.
- Stay updated on Music industry trends and tools to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with Management to align the community's voice with broader goals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong Passion for hip-hop culture, Indie music, and community building.
- Experience in using social media accounts, especially Instagram.
- Strong writing skills for captions and engaging content creation.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark.
- Familiarity with basic video editing apps (Mobile editing apps at least)
- Knowledge of Music industry trends, and awareness of the artists.
- Interested in communicating, knowing the industry, and overall a curiousness to know about things, learn and grow.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
