**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Create engaging and creative content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, engagement opportunities, and customer feedback.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative social media campaigns.
- Assist in managing and scheduling social media posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive community on our social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Creative thinking and an eye for detail in content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Enthusiastic about learning new skills and growing in the digital marketing field.
