**Job Title**: Social Media Intern — Performance Ads (Google + Meta)
**Internship**: (On-site/Hybrid)
**Stipend**: Competitive

**Role**:
Hands-on intern to plan, run and optimise Google & Meta paid campaigns end-to-end — MUST execute independently.

**Key duties**:
1. Launch & manage Google (Search/Display/PMax) and Meta (FB/IG/YT) campaigns.
2. Create ad copy + simple creatives, set up Pixel/GTM/UTMs, monitor KPIs and optimise for leads.
3. Report weekly, run A/B tests, manage budgets.

**Non-negotiable requirements**:

- Prior internship experience in paid social/search (must).
- Proven hands-on Google Ads + Meta Ads experience.
- Can install/troubleshoot Meta Pixel & GA4/GTM.
- Comfortable building creatives (Canva/Photoshop) and basic video edits.
- Independent, data-driven, professional.
