Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) is an integrated Endpoint Management solution that help deliver modern workspace and modern management capabilities to keep data secure. MEM is part of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security Suite (EMS) and recognized as Leader in Magic quadrant for Unified Endpoint Solutions by Gartner. MEM currently manages 200M+ devices for 300K+ organizations across globe and is ranked as MEM is an integrated solution of Intune, Configuration Manager (also known as SCCM), AutoPilot, Endpoint Analytics. It provides effective IT services:

- Compliance and security Settings enforcement
- Cloud powered analytics and reporting for IT admin and ITDM.

As an Engineering manager of our IDC team, you will lead a team of smart engineers and building backend and analytics services in MEM impacting 300K customers. You team will be responsible for owning one of the following charters:

- Large scale data pipeline that collects signals from managed devices.
- Analytics, Anomaly detection and remediation actions for all managed devices.
- Modernize Intune Cloud Services for reducing OpEx and improve experience.

**Qualifications**:
Skills and requirements that are essential for this role:

- 12+ years of software engineering experience with proven track records of delivering solutions with demonstrated usage
- 2+ years of organizational leadership and team development
- Strong product leadership to set clear goals for feature areas and lead the team through rapid product cycles
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in handling large scale data pipelines will be a plus.
- Familiarity with Azure data explorer, Hadoop, Spark will be a plus.
- Knowledge in design patterns, test driven development, System programming, Object oriented design
- Great analytical skills and can leverage insights to drive product improvement and new features
- Excellent written, communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Good track record for Hiring right talent and talent management.
