**Om Indu Hospital, Dhankot,** is a leading 10-year-old charity-oriented healthcare facility dedicated to providing quality and compassionate medical care to our local community.

We are currently seeking a **Female General Physician (MBBS)** to join our team on an **OPD-only** basis.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Care**:

- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and assessments of OPD patients.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions to optimize treatment outcomes.
- **Patient Advocacy**:

- Maintain a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Encourage patient involvement in decision-making regarding their treatment and health goals.

**Qualifications**
- **MBBS** from an accredited medical college/university.
- Valid **State Medical License** to practice as a General Physician.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassion and empathy for patients.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a General Physician is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for patient care are also welcome to apply.
