**Job Description**:
As a Marketing Executive focusing on content creation and campaigns at Ikigai School of AI, you will play a crucial role in promoting our educational programs, engaging with our community, and driving enrollment. You will have the opportunity to shape our marketing strategies, create compelling content, and manage various marketing initiatives to attract and retain students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation:

- Develop high-quality, informative blog posts, articles, and other written content related to AI education and industry trends.
- Conduct research to identify relevant topics and keywords for content creation, ensuring alignment with our target audience's interests and needs.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine visibility and attract organic traffic to our website.
- Social Media Campaigns:

- Plan, execute, and manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to increase brand awareness and drive student engagement.
- Create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and infographics, to promote our courses, events, and other initiatives.
- Monitor social media metrics, analyze campaign performance, and leverage insights to refine strategies and enhance results.
- Webinar Management:

- Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of webinars focused on AI-related topics, featuring industry experts and faculty members.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop webinar content, secure speakers, and promote events to our target audience.
- Manage webinar registration, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the marketing team, admissions team, and faculty members to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with enrollment goals and educational objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather input, share updates, and solicit feedback on marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and partners as needed to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in content creation, copywriting, and blogging, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and experience managing social media campaigns for educational institutions or similar organizations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling and engaging with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Canva or any editing tool, with the ability to create visually appealing graphics, images, and multimedia content for marketing purposes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite), and webinar software (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar).
- Self-motivated team player with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

**Salary**: ₹8,916.57 - ₹20,000.00 per month
