- As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Harry Fashion, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of the company. You will oversee all financial functions and provide strategic guidance to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Planning and Analysis**:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning processes.

Conduct thorough analysis of financial performance and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.

**Financial Management**:
Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to optimize financial resources.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting guidelines.

Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.

**Risk Management**:
Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.

Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Monitor economic and industry trends to anticipate potential risks and opportunities.

**Strategic Leadership**:
Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic initiatives and business plans.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and shareholder value.

**Investor Relations**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

Communicate financial performance, business strategy, and key metrics to investors.

Build and maintain relationships with investors to foster trust and confidence in the company.
- **Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Proven experience (10 years) in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.

Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Demonstrated strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through collaboration and innovation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
