Location: Ompurwa, Lal Bangla, Kanpur 208007

Work Schedule: 5-day working week, USA and UK time shifts

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the USA and UK markets, promoting our products and services.

2. Deliver persuasive sales pitches and effectively handle objections to achieve sales targets.

3. Build and maintain positive customer relationships, addressing inquiries and providing information about our offerings.

4. Utilize excellent communication skills to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions using MS Excel and other relevant tools.

6. Collaborate with team members and share insights to optimize sales strategies and achieve team goals.

7. Adhere to company guidelines and policies while representing the company's values and brand image.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in English is essential, with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales or telecalling will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel for maintaining records.
- Ability to handle customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- High level of enthusiasm, drive, and self-motivation.
