Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic and confident International Telecallers to join our expanding global team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage professionally with international clients.

You will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business development initiatives across international markets.


Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients across international markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services and solutions

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer engagement at all times

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Update and manage CRM systems with call logs and client interactions


Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent English communication (verbal & written)

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in international calling / BPO / telemarketing preferred

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Google Workspace)

Willingness to work in flexible shifts as per international time zones
