Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Kanpur. The Construction Manager will oversee all phases of infrastructure development, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest safety standards. Key responsibilities include supervising construction activities, managing on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, monitoring project progress, and preparing reports for stakeholders. The role also requires coordination with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong supervisory skills with experience in overseeing teams and coordinating with contractors
  • Proficiency in budget management and project control to monitor costs and progress effectively
  • Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and construction safety regulations
  • Ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects under strict deadlines and performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in handling government infrastructure projects is a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
