Position : Marketing Executive

**JOB ROLE**:

- **1)Profiles:

- There are 5 Different Profiles in the company:

- **

**A)Senior Manager(Only MBA,Male with 2 wheeler)**

**B)Role 1(BBA,MBA,Female,2 wheeler not compulsory)**

**C)Role 2(BBA,MBA,Male with 2 wheeler)**

**D)Role 3(BBA,MBA,Male with 2 wheeler)**

**E)Role 4(BBA,MBA,Male with 2 wheeler)**

**The Details for each profile is attached separately.**

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- As a BDE/Project Manager, the employee requires to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
(a)Check and work on leads which comes daily online.

(b)Deal with client (Chatting,Calling,Meeting) and finalize the project.

(c) Find respective Service Provider to complete the project from company’s service provider list or add new. (d)Take care of project completion from that respective service provider.

(e)Manage the project working and completion.

(f)Submit project to the client.

(g) Any other duties that may arise periodically, or assigned to the employee, and is related to the employment of the employee

**2)Working Hours for job**:

- 11 AM To 8 PM Daily Monday To Saturday

**3)Stipend**:

- **A)Fixed:

- ** For all profile Rs 1200/- per month for Post Graduates/ Graduates/Graduation And Post Graduation Pursuing Paid Monthly.

**B) Incentives:

**1) For Senior Manager:

- **

**8% on his own net profit earned to the company. Paid After Projects Completion Monthly.**

**5% on the net profit earned by all other profiles. Paid After Projects Completion Monthly.**

**2) For All Other Profiles:

- **

**5% of Net Profit earned by you for the company. Paid After Projects Completion Monthly.**

Note:

- 1)Incentive will be given on net profit (Gross Profit - Company Expenses) per month.

2)Stipend will start 10 days after joining date.

**4)Facilities Provided by the company**:

- a)System will be provided

b)Mobile Allowance

c)Wifi will be provided

d)Petrol Allowance will be provided.

**6)Online interview will be conducted first and then Personal interview.**

**Qualification: BBA, MBA**

**Duration: 4-6 months**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹1,200.00 - ₹3,000.00 per month
