Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Indore

Roles & Responsibilities:

- **Market Research: - Conduct research to identify potential opportunities in government tenders and contracts.**

**- Tender Participation: - Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents while ensuring compliance with guidelines.**
**- Client Management: - Build and maintain relationships with clients and government officials to enhance business opportunities.**
**- Coordination: - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects related to tenders and contracts.**
**- Documentation and Reporting: - Prepare marketing and project-related documents, reports, and presentations.**
**- Vendor Coordination: - Liaise with vendors for procurement and timely delivery of materials or services.**
**- Field Work: - Perform site visits, attend meetings with clients, and handle on-field coordination tasks.**
**- Event Participation: - Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and client meetings.**
**- Data Management: - Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and generate performance reports.**
**Skills and Competencies:

**- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**
**- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.**
**- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).**
**- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.**
**- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.**
**- Willingness to travel for outside sales and project-related work.**
**Qualifications:
