**Job Title**: Social Media Marketing Executive (6 month-2 Years Experience)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Joining**: Immediate Joiners Preferred
**Salary**: As per industry standards (Based on interview performance)

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Monitor and manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers
- Collaborate with the design and content team to produce creative visuals and campaigns
- Track and analyze social media metrics and generate performance reports
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Assist in executing paid social media campaigns when needed
- Support the overall digital marketing strategy and content calendar

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus

**Preferred**:

- Immediate joiners will be given priority
- Experience with paid campaigns is an added advantage
