**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven **Social Media Executive** to manage our online presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our brand's digital footprint, and driving audience engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.).
Monitor social media trends and leverage them to create viral content.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
Run social media ad campaigns and track performance metrics.
Analyze data and generate reports to optimize strategies.

**Requirements**:
1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Meta Business Suite.
Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
