Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Track and manage stock levels for all kids’ clothing products.

Perform regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

Maintain a systematic stock replenishment process, including coordinating with suppliers and the warehouse team.

Process and record all incoming and outgoing shipments.

Organize and manage the stockroom for easy access and fast retrieval.

Stock Replenishment:
Regularly check inventory levels and order new stock when necessary.

Collaborate with the store manager to forecast product needs based on trends and seasonal demands.

Ensure that out-of-stock items are flagged and restocked in a timely manner.

Sales Support:
Assist in achieving monthly and seasonal sales targets by ensuring products are available and well-displayed.

Provide feedback on best-selling products and customer preferences to the management team.

System Maintenance:
Utilize inventory management software to track stock movement, sales, and order status.

Ensure accurate product information is entered into the system (e.g., pricing, descriptions, sizes, colors).

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the store team and management to ensure smooth store operations.

Assist in training and supporting new staff members on inventory management and customer service best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus.

Previous experience in retail, inventory management, or store operations, preferably in a fashion or kids’ clothing environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Working Hours:
10am-7pm
