**Job Summary**:*

**Key Responsibilities**:*

**1. Store & Inventory Management**:*
- Ensure proper *inward and outward movement of materials* with accurate documentation.
- Maintain *accurate stock records* to ensure transparency and efficiency in inventory management.
- Implement *FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) methods* as per requirement.
- Monitor *minimum and maximum stock levels* to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Conduct *routine stock verifications and cycle counts* to maintain stock accuracy.

**2. Record-Keeping & Documentation**:*
- Maintain proper records of *GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and stock registers*.
- Ensure timely updating of *physical stock vs. system stock* to prevent mismatches.
- Keep track of all *incoming and outgoing materials* and ensure compliance with purchase orders.

**3. Stock Audits & Reconciliation**:*
- Conduct *regular stock audits and reconciliation* to ensure zero variances.
- Identify any stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Work with accounts and procurement teams for *inventory adjustments* when needed.

**4. Coordination & Vendor Interaction**:*
- Coordinate with *production, purchase, and quality teams* for material requirements.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to *prevent damage or deterioration*.
- Liaise with *suppliers for return/replacement* of defective materials.

**5. Process Optimization & Compliance**:*
- Implement *best practices in inventory control* to optimize space and reduce waste.
- Ensure adherence to *safety and compliance standards* in warehouse operations.
- Recommend *process improvements* for better inventory and material handling efficiency.

**Key Requirements**:*
- *Minimum 3-5 years of experience in store management* (preferably in a *manufacturing industry*).
- Strong knowledge of *inventory management, inward-outward processes, and stock control systems*.
- Ability to *handle stock audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis*.
- Proficiency in *MS Excel, ERP software, and store management systems*.
- Good understanding of *warehouse safety regulations* and handling procedures.
- Strong coordination skills to work with multiple departments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:*
- *Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree* in *Store Management, Inventory Control, Logistics, or a related field*.
- Experience working in a *manufacturing setup (sheet metal components, modular furniture, or similar industries)*.
