**Position Overview: Store In-Charge**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain records of materials received, issued, and balance stock.
- Coordinate with purchase and site teams for material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical vs. system records.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly stock reports.
- Prevent material loss, damage, or wastage through proper checks.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or Diploma in Material Management / Civil background preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in store management at construction sites.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP (if applicable).
- Attention to accuracy and record-keeping.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Inventory management and control expertise.
- Analytical and reporting ability.
- Time management and teamwork.
- Integrity and accountability.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
