**Description**

**Being the Sales trainer comes with responsibility to train the staff with efficiency and accuracy, you will require to have a keen observation of Sales rep behavior, get them to work on their behavior.**

**Give proper soft skill training to the staff pronunciation, annunciation and grammar along with product knowledge.**

**Teach how to close the customer, build rapport and understand customer needs.**

**Specifically, you will be responsible for the following**:

- **Implement Software, innovate to support digital learning.**:

- **Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required. Maintaining a database of all training materials.**:

- **Keeping track of employee performance weaknesses and strengths**:

- **Give Product and Soft skill training to employees**:

- **Understand design, furniture & consumer behavior to explain and teach**:

- **Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.**:

- **Schedule appropriate training sessions.**:

- **Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.**:

- **Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.**:

- **Supervise training budgets, Printouts, stationary, software for tracking and learning etc**:

- **Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.**:

- **Train and guide new employees.**:

- **Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in business, BBA, or related field.**:

- **Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.**:

- **A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in furniture brand as sales rep or store manager is preferred**:

- **Excellent time management and organizational skills.**:

- **Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.**:
