**Responsibilities**:
**Payment Follow-Ups**:

- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Communicate professionally to resolve payment-related queries or disputes

**Excel Expertise**:

- Create and maintain detailed Excel sheets for tracking payments, sales performance, and inventory.
- Analyze and generate reports to provide actionable insights.

**Telemarketing**:

- Conduct outbound calls to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into potential sales opportunities.

**Sales Executive Support**:

- Maintain and track sales executive performance metrics.
- Organize and streamline follow-up schedules for sales representatives.

**Data Management**:

- Keep records of client interactions, payment statuses, and sales activities.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

**Process Optimization**:

- Identify gaps in the payment and sales tracking processes and suggest improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
