**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking deliveries, and understanding product details.

**Issue Resolution**:

- Address customer complaints or concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Liaise with internal teams (kitchen, delivery, production) to resolve issues effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

**Order Management**:

- Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry in the system.
- Coordinate with the delivery and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Update customers about order statuses, delays, or changes when necessary.

**Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring a high level of service.
- Seek feedback to understand customer needs and improve service quality.
- Handle VIP or regular customers with personalized attention.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on customer satisfaction and issues.
- Provide insights to the management team to enhance customer experience.

**Compliance**:

- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards in all interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
