**Job Title**: Barista

**Location**: Delhi
**Department**: Food & Beverage / Café Operations
**Reporting To**: Café Manager / Outlet Manager
**Salary Range**: 21k-25k

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea drinks, following standardized recipes.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and handle payments through POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed consistently.
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, etc.
- Provide product recommendations and upsell items to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Support team members in day-to-day café operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing hospitality role (preferred).
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and drink preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

**Work Environment**:

- Café or food outlet setting.
- Standing for long periods; some lifting of supplies required.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Experience**:
