Core Responsibilities:

- **Beverage Preparation**:Baristas prepare a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- **Customer Service**:They greet customers, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and provide recommendations.
- **Cash Handling**:Baristas process payments accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- **Workspace Maintenance**:They ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
- **Inventory Management**:Baristas monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and may assist with ordering and receiving new stock.
- **Equipment Operation**:They operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- **Food Service**:In some establishments, baristas may also prepare and serve food items like pastries or sandwiches.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
