**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experienced**: You have at least 4 years of barista experience and killer people management skills.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Coffee Mastery**: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages with precision and artistry.
- **Brew to Perfection**: Grind and brew coffee beans to achieve the highest quality and flavor profiles.
- **Latte Art**: Expertly steam milk to create velvety micro foam for lattes, cappuccinos, and more.
- **Customer Engagement**: Take orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations with a smile.
- **Workspace Wizard**: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- **Equipment Guru**: Operate and maintain coffee equipment, performing routine maintenance and cleaning as needed.
- **Trendsetter**: Stay up-to-date with coffee trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
- **Team Player**: Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow, exceptional customer service, and a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Coffee Passion**: A genuine love for coffee and creating memorable experiences.
- **Barista Experience**: Proven experience with coffee brewing methods, extraction, and latte art.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Exceptional attention to detail in every cup of coffee.
- **Multitasking Pro**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and efficiency.
- **Flexible**: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
