**URGENT OPENING** Our client is seeking to hire Front desk cum Admin Executive who will be responsible for managing the front desk responsibilities, responsible for facility management for head office and assist HR Manager in attendance management.
**Qualifications & Experience:
- **Graduate and at least 2+ yrs of experience handling front desk and office admin responsibilities - Hands on experience on EPABX system.
**Critical Success Parameters:
- **Timely completion of Admin tasks i,e, AMC, office infrastructure, office cleanliness etc Training on various software and systems that are being used (CCTV, Attendance biometric, Saral, Intranet, Stationery portal etc) Data compliaton for KPI's, newsletter etc Support HR function in payroll, events, employee communication etc You will be supporting internal Audit function.
**What will I Do (Major Functions):
- **Front Desk responsibilities - Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages - Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office - Manage stationary & T-shirt stock on a monthly basis - Responsible for upkeep of Office Infrastructure (phones, AC, lights, chairs etc) including AMCs happening on time - Vendor Management & Registration - Health report check.

- Assist in attendance cross checking on a monthly basis - Process employee loan/advance request - Update New joinee details in Employee Master file & Payroll sfw, maintain individual employee file, issue joining kit, addition & deletion in biometric sfw - Assist HR in completing exit formalities of staff who quit - PF & ESIC registration - Coordinate internally for monthly newsletter & Posters - Addition/Deletion of employee data for Mediclaim & GPA - Other Admin task - Order HK material online etc.
Timely and accurate preparation of monthly HRMS & employee files.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
