**#Looking only for Automobile experience Service Advisors only.**
- Attend to the customer assigned and understand his/her requirement/ complaints with respect to the vehicle.
- Ensure all required customer details are documented.
- Make note of the customer car history from the customer and the documents available.
- Open a job card and give it to the team responsible for a diagnosis.
- Ensure a thorough diagnosis of the car is done to verify the complaints and check for other issues in the car.
- Advise the customer for the scope of the job to be done to the vehicle and estimated time for repair and delivery.
- Check if any relevant customer campaign is available for the customer.
- Pitch additional products and offers to the customers while developing a trusting relationship.
- Be the point of contact for the customer with respect to any difficulty or concerns.
- Agree on the method of payment with the customer or nay other additional cost associated with the repair.
- Keep track of the vehicle status.

At the time of vehicle delivery, explain the and brief the customer of the issues, repairs and the servicing done on the vehicle.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
