We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our boutique as Boutique Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's visual appearance, and assisting with various operational tasks. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment within the retail industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service:Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products.
Provide product knowledge and information to customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.

Sales and Merchandising:Assist customers with their purchase decisions.
Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout.
Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and participate in inventory management.

Cash Handling:Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payments in compliance with company procedures.

Store Operations:Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store.
Ensure that products are properly tagged with prices and information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Teamwork:Work collaboratively with other boutique staff to achieve sales goals.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to share information and updates.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising.
- Basic computer skills for operating the point-of-sale system.
