**Roles and Responsibilities-**
- Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and documentation requirements
- Prepare and submit customs documentation, including invoices, shipping manifests, and declarations.
- Stay informed about changes in customs regulations and trade compliance.
- Coordinate and manage the shipment of goods between international locations.
- Work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth transportation.
- Monitor shipping schedules and resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all import and export transactions
- Prepare and review shipping and export documentation, including bills of lading and certificates of origin.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of customs entries.
- Identify opportunities for duty reduction and cost optimization
- Collaborate with international vendors and suppliers to coordinate shipping schedules.
- Coordinate transportation activities, including scheduling and tracking shipments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in import/export logistics and customs compliance.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and trade compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Customs broker license or certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of trade agreements and preferential trade programs.
- Experience with customs clearance software.
- Familiarity with Incoterms.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
