**Mandatory Skills**
- Configuration of C4C solution using KUT and experience in Creation of Extension Fields

- Integrate data via web service and XML, Tracing and Debugging feature
- Build data source for new business objects, Create new report, based on the data source, via Adaptation Tools
- Establish approval task and enable notification rule, based on the new business objects
- Architecture and building Add-on solutions for Mobile devices and Mash-ups development
- Create Reuse libraries, Create Process extension scenarios and Publish new add-on in scoping
- Provide workaround solution for critical issues and perform Root cause analysis of issues and provide necessary fix
- Collation and input of C4C Master Data, Support business data migration & cleansing tasks

**Desired Skills**
- SAP CPI knowledge or experience is preferred
- Exposure to implementations and able to withstand pressure, flexible with working hours and support business during odd times for business continuity.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to write technical specifications.

**Soft Skills / Any other Expectation**:

- Good Communication skills, clarity of thought and expression.
- Good stakeholder management and Client handling skills
- Ability to work with teams from Multiple Geographies, should have Global exposure on Heterogenous landscapes on large scale projects

Should have strong domain knowledge & experience in CRM/eCommerce platforms
