Good communicator in English and Hindi (secondary) Persuasive and a good negotiator Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service High on customer centricity Strong soft skills and need to have a good command over English as a language Strong logical reasoning & probing capability CCE is required to take inbound calls related to customer requests, queries and complaints for Products Should be flexible between a windows of 24/7 rotational environment
Pay: ₹14,206.16 - ₹24,485.43 per month
