We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our global CRM team. **Responsibilities**:

- Enhance business processes and value creation by designing, building, documenting, testing and deploying new features and enhancements to existing features using industry best practices
- Partner with multiple departments throughout the business to gather business requirements, analyze them, and provide creative solutions
- Configure complex flows to automate key business processes for a variety of departments within the company
- Participate in and add value to company-level projects involving several departments, with the end goal of delivering custom CRM solutions toward achieving company objectives
- Partner with Solution Architect and CRM management in evaluating large, potentially high-value business requests
- Provide leadership in reducing org technical debt, include optimizing flows, eliminating unused functionalities, and partnering with business towards optimizing objects, page layouts, profiles, and key business processes
- Excel in creating testing strategies, include testing documentation and UAT coordination, to ensure excellent quality software delivery for key features and company-level projects
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers by testing APEX development in testing environment
- Create and maintain excellent documentation on business processes, policies, system configuration, and training materials
- Entrusted to maintain platform data security by managing access and permissions through User Setup, Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Permission Sets, Public Groups, and Queues, Sharing Rules, Security Policies, and Encryption
- Train new and existing users at multiple levels of the organization on how to create reports and dashboards
- Troubleshoot and work with users across the company to ensure Salesforce meets their needs
- Keep up-to-date with Salesforce features and functionalities and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Understand, implement, and assist in maintaining third-party packages to supplement org ecosystem
- Strengthen team through training, best practice sharing, and case sharing

**Required Qualifications**:

- 5+ Year(s) of Salesforce/CRM experience
- 2+ Year(s) of experience with Salesforce Lightning Components
- 2+ Year(s) of experience with DataLoader, Workbench, and/or DemandTools
- Good English skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
- A passion for working within an Agile development methodology and collaborative team environment; Experience with Scrum preferred
- A detail-oriented approach prioritizing great quality of work and high standards

**Preferred**:

- Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification is a plus
- Interest in building a career within the Salesforce ecosystem, including the opportunity to obtain multiple additional industry-recognized certifications
- Proven experience training and mentoring Administrators
- DevOps and release management experience is a plush
- Familiarity with APEX code and triggers is a plus (ability to code in APEX not required)
