**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Motion Graphic Designer** to join our design team. This role focuses primarily on **UI animations** and **explainer videos**, with opportunities to contribute to **marketing and advertising content**. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, animators, and creative teams to bring concepts to life through engaging visuals and animations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce **UI animations** that enhance digital product experiences.
- Create **explainer videos** that simplify complex ideas into clear and engaging visual stories.
- Collaborate with designers, animators, and client teams to conceptualise and execute motion graphics projects.
- Adapt and repurpose existing creative assets for different platforms and formats.
- Ensure all animations align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and techniques.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- **2 - 4 years** of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or related design work.
- Proficiency in **Adobe After Effects** (primary tool).
- Knowledge of **Rive** (a strong plus).
- Familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Strong design sense with an eye for detail, timing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
