Are you a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer with a flair for content production? As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the creation of visually stunning and engaging content that leaves a lasting impact on our audiences

**Responsibilities**:
1. Motion Graphics Creation: Develop compelling and visually appealing motion graphics for a wide range of projects, including video intros, explainer videos, social media assets, and animated advertisements. Bring static visuals to life by adding motion, transitions, and dynamic elements.

2. Content Production: Showcase your versatility by creating various types of content, including video editing, photography, and graphic design. Collaborate with the content production team to create engaging multimedia content that aligns with our brand vision.

3. Storytelling through Animation: Utilize your storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives through animation, making complex concepts easily understandable and engaging.

4. Creative Conceptualization: Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, conceptualize motion graphics, and contribute innovative solutions to achieve project objectives.

5. Visual Branding: Ensure motion graphics align with the brand's visual identity, maintaining consistency across different campaigns and platforms.

6. Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics and content creation software, including:

- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including videographers, content creators, and marketing specialists, to deliver cohesive and visually appealing multimedia content.

8. Animation Techniques: Stay up-to-date with the latest animation techniques, tools, and trends to continuously enhance the quality and impact of motion graphics.

9. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

10. Video Optimization: Optimize video content for various platforms and devices, considering file sizes, formats, and resolutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics and content production projects.
- Proficiency in content creation, including video editing and graphic design, to support a wide variety of multimedia content needs.
- Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Creative storytelling ability and a keen eye for detail to bring narratives to life through animation.
- Strong understanding of visual branding and the ability to maintain brand consistency across different content types.
- Knowledge of video optimization techniques and best practices for various platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Passion for staying updated with industry trends, animation advancements, and content production techniques.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
