**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain **ETL workflows** using **DataStage, BODS, and SQL SSIS**.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable data integration solutions.
- Perform **data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)** from multiple sources into data warehouses and data marts.
- Optimize ETL performance and troubleshoot issues related to **data quality, performance, and scalability**.
- Work closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions.
- Implement **data quality checks, reconciliation, and error handling** in ETL processes.
- Ensure compliance with **data governance, security, and audit requirements**.
- Document ETL processes, technical specifications, and best practices.
- Support production environments, resolve incidents, and provide root cause analysis.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **7-10 years** of professional experience in **ETL/Data Engineering**.
- Strong hands-on experience in **IBM DataStage** (parallel jobs, sequences, debugging, and optimization).
- Expertise in **SAP BODS** - data flows, workflows, transforms, and data quality features.
- Solid experience in **SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)** - packages, control flow, and error handling.
- Proficiency in **SQL, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and stored procedures**.
- Experience in **data warehousing concepts** (star schema, snowflake schema, slowly changing dimensions, fact/dimension modeling).
- Familiarity with **version control, CI/CD pipelines, and scheduling tools** (Control-M, Autosys, etc.).
- Exposure to **cloud data platforms** (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or GCP Dataflow) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.

- IBM Certified DataStage Developer
- SAP Certified Application Associate - Data Services
- Microsoft SQL Server certification
