We are seeking a highly skilled data engineer with expertise in SQL development and Azure data services to join our team.

About the Role

This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining robust data solutions using SQL Server and Azure Data Factory. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in T-SQL development along with hands-on experience in ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to support data processing and reporting.
  • Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
  • Perform data modeling, database design, and query performance tuning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in SQL Server development (T-SQL, indexing, query optimization).
  • Hands-on experience with SSIS and/or Azure Data Factory for building data pipelines.
  • Proficient in ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data transformation.
Desirable Skills
  • Exposure to Azure Synapse Analytics or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, or Agile methodologies.
