Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Coordination**: Act as the primary point of contact for patients undergoing IVF treatments, providing them with all necessary information about the IVF process, treatment options, and appointment schedules.
- **Scheduling and Documentation**: Coordinate patient appointments for consultations, diagnostic tests, and treatment procedures. Ensure all patient records are up-to-date and maintain confidentiality.
- **Patient Support**: Provide emotional support and guidance to patients throughout the IVF process, addressing any concerns or questions related to their treatment cycle.
- **Treatment Monitoring**: Assist with monitoring the patient’s IVF cycle, including tracking medication schedules, and laboratory results, and following up on progress.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear communication between patients and the medical team, ensuring that patients are fully informed of their treatment plans and any necessary changes to their care.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with processing patient insurance and billing information, ensuring proper documentation for insurance claims, and handling inquiries regarding financial matters related to IVF treatments.
- **Laboratory Coordination**: Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure timely processing of samples, including egg retrieval, sperm analysis, and embryo transfers.
- **Follow-up Care**: Schedule follow-up appointments and provide patients with post-treatment instructions to ensure proper care after their IVF procedure.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in an IVF or fertility clinic, medical office, or similar healthcare setting.
- **Knowledge**: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of patient care and confidentiality.
- **Education**: A medical or healthcare-related qualification (e.g., nursing, medical assisting, or a degree in a related field) is preferred.
- **Certifications**: IVF-related certifications or additional training in fertility care (optional but beneficial).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
