**Role overview**:
**What will you do?**
**Content Strategy**:
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy for the internal app and website, including content planning, creation, and management.
- Conduct content audits and analyses to assess existing content and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define content goals, target audience personas, and communication strategies.
- Develop content calendars, style guides, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, uniformity, and quality across all content.
- Ideate & brainstorm for campaign ideas across platforms to promote different business assets.
**UI/UX Design**:
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability and A/B testing, to gather insights and strategize informed design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and communicate ideas and flows effectively.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that optimize user workflows and enhance the overall user experience while also making the experience seamless.
- Create high-quality visual designs and design assets that adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the company's visual identity.
**Product Design**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and developers to define project goals, requirements, and priorities.
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points to inform design solutions.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing, and usability studies to continuously improve the app's usability and functionality.
- Document design decisions, specifications, and guidelines to maintain consistency and clarity throughout the design process.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, designers and content creators, to ensure alignment and integration of design and content strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and sprint planning meetings to contribute to the product development process.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, gather feedback, and address questions or concerns.
**Skills we are looking for**:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and design thinking methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
