About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the luxury automotive sector. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-impact projects across marketing, product development, retail experience, digital transformation, or customer experience — ensuring alignment with the brand's premium standards and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end lifecycle of assigned projects — from concept and planning to execution and delivery.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Aftersales, Design, Finance, IT) and external partners (agencies, vendors, contractors).
  • Timeline & Budget Management: Develop detailed project timelines, allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Prepare and present regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Process Optimization: Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing workflows and implement improvements that enhance customer experience or operational performance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure every project meets the brand's high standards for quality, design, and customer experience.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to minimize impact.
  • Luxury Brand Integration: Maintain the integrity and consistency of the brand across all project elements — whether it's a showroom redesign, a digital campaign, or a customer experience rollout.

Types of Projects May Include:

  • Launch of new luxury models or product lines
  • Showroom renovations or new dealership openings
  • CRM or digital platform implementations
  • Exclusive client events or VIP experiences
  • Sustainability or electrification initiatives (e.g., EV infrastructure rollouts)
  • Retail transformation and omnichannel experience integration

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (MBA or PMP Certification preferred).
  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within the automotive, luxury, or high-end retail sectors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, , MS Project, Trello, or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing external vendors, contractors, and creative agencies.
  • Understanding of luxury customer behaviour and premium brand expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32, ₹50,000.00 per month
