Job Title: Sr. Production & Quality Manager

Qualification Required:

  • Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (preferably in Component / E.V.E.C. / Q.A.)

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 7 years in Production & Quality Management
  • Exposure to Manufacturing Industry preferred

Job Description:

  • Plan, direct, and manage overall shop operations.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of production and quality processes.
  • Develop and implement production schedules as per requirements.
  • Supervise and guide shop floor teams for efficient operations.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of production targets.
  • Implement and monitor production processes, engineering practices, and shop floor discipline.
  • Conduct and manage audits, ensuring compliance with ISO/TS 16949 standards.
  • Maintain plant operations and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies Required:

  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP / MIS reporting.
  • Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and productivity improvement skills.
  • Ability to manage production schedules and meet customer requirements.

Salary Offered:

₹35,000 per month (CTC)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
