Job Title: Sr. Production & Quality Manager
Qualification Required:
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (preferably in Component / E.V.E.C. / Q.A.)
Experience Required:
- Minimum 7 years in Production & Quality Management
- Exposure to Manufacturing Industry preferred
Job Description:
- Plan, direct, and manage overall shop operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of production and quality processes.
- Develop and implement production schedules as per requirements.
- Supervise and guide shop floor teams for efficient operations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of production targets.
- Implement and monitor production processes, engineering practices, and shop floor discipline.
- Conduct and manage audits, ensuring compliance with ISO/TS 16949 standards.
- Maintain plant operations and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
Skills, Knowledge & Competencies Required:
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
- Hands-on experience in ERP / MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 standards.
- Strong problem-solving and productivity improvement skills.
- Ability to manage production schedules and meet customer requirements.
Salary Offered:
₹35,000 per month (CTC)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
