**Full job description**
We are looking for Conti Chef who has experience in breakfast and general continental cuisine for a minimum of 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and production according to menu specifications
- Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes meet established standards
- Execute cooking techniques and methods with precision and consistency
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Support kitchen leadership in training and mentoring junior staff members
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen environment
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
